What are your fitness goals?
To keep working and striving for the ultimate luxury, because no amount of money can buy health or a good physique.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
I am a former KWF Karate SA and World champion. I also hold a few other National and International karate titles.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I have been blessed to be able to do what I love as my career, which allows me to reach and inspire others through music and television. I would love to also use this platform to motivate others to live a healthy, fit and possible even a cruelty-free life. I have a different take on fitness and nutrition since I am vegetarian and would love to be an example that we don’t necessarily need to eat an animal to train like one.
