What are your personal fitness goals?
I want to get out of my comfort zone, be consistent and share my workout routines online more and be able to help people achieve their fitness goals. I also want to build my confidence and stay consistent.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
If chosen to be the Biogen Face Of Fitness, I will use this opportunity to help women especially mothers. I want them to see that one can be a mother and still have a healthy and fit lifestyle. After my second child I gained a lot of weight and it was affecting my health. I made a decision to start with the simplest workouts , running and skipping. I got to enjoy it and started adding intense training with weights. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle starts within. This will inspire women.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
Healthy nutrition, healthy nutrition and healthy nutrition. I workout 5 to 6 times a week and twice a day. I drink 4 litres of water and have 3 meals . My workouts start at 5:30 am everyday, for an hour and 30 minutes. I have 10 minutes for warming up and 10mins after working out to stretch and cool down.
