Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
My fitness goals are to gain more muscles, be stronger and maintain a healthy physique forever. I want to remain this fit and active even in my 60’s.
I have started a Fitness club to assist people in meeting their fitness goals through customized exercises and meal plans. My main focus is on the elderly whom I am supporting at no cost. Most of our parents are less informed about living a healthy lifestyle. I have made it my mission to help them regain their health and live an active lifestyle.
A majority of the elderly suffer from various illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, etc., my Mother included. Seeing her struggle with her health was the biggest motivator, I decided to start educating people about exercising and eating healthy.
My Goal is to grow my Fitness Club by assisting people from different locations about living a healthier lifestyle. I am currently assisting a specific group of people.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
Achieving most of my body goals (abdominal muscles, replaced fat with muscles, well-toned and structured my body).
Assisting other people to meet their own fitness goals by helping them with exercises and meal plans, this is making a significant impact on their health & Life.
