What are your personal fitness goals?
My fitness goals are to lose body fat, build muscles and tone up. I currently weigh 57kg and I aim to lose another 2kg. From there I will maintain.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
The platform will help me to inspire women by taking them on a fitness journey with me and showing them that it is doable. I will show that I am not perfect but I strive to be a better version of myself. I believe we are visual beings and we mostly believe what we see. Therefore, sharing my lifestyle with the world will make it believable.
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?
The greatest wealth is health.
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I eat healthy and exercise. I habitually work out 4-5 times per week. I enjoy jogging, especially in the mornings – it is a great way to start my day. I also do home workouts since I have not gone back to the gym.
