I was born and raised in the village of Marapyane in Mpumalanga. I am energetic and have always loved sports. I completed matric in 2009 at Khamane High school. I am a punctual, self-motivated and hard working person with regard to my career, life and my community. I spend most of my time online educating myself about fitness and also studying to become a Personal Trainer.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
The first thing I do in the morning is a home workout before attending my class at Marapyane Complex, because I believe that a fit body leads to a healthier mind. Physical activities improve my level of confidence and uplift me emotionally to manage the symptoms of depression and anxiety. Exercise also gives me more energy to tackle daily chores.
What are your personal fitness goals?
To stay in shape, trim my abs and bum throughout the year, and do regular exercise and physical activities to improve my muscle strength and boost endurance.
