What are your fitness goals?
I want to take my body to the next level and compete on an international stage, having already competed at the Arnolds. I want to secure a sponsorship from a quality brand like USN to help build my business interests in the fitness industry and my career, and to deliver value to brand as their representative. I also want to reach and inspire women all over South Africa by building establishing myself as a well-known influencer, athlete and coach.
What sporting and fitness achievements should we know about?
I have my South African colours for sprinting in athletics. I’ve been competing for 3 years, and stood on the Arnold Classic Africa stage this year. In my first year of competing I came 3rd at WFF Worlds.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I’m an online lifestyle coach who has a great understanding of nutrition and fitness, and already motivates women. I focus on designing programmes to help them reach their goals, and also work with them on making holistic changes to their mind, body and lifestyle. I aim to help ladies become happier and stronger, and to believe in themselves. I also lead by example by maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle myself. I also compete as an IFBB Wellness athlete. I have a marketing degree and understand the core principles of brand building. I appreciate the importance of authenticity in modern marketing, and grasp the role that digital marketing and social media play in driving high-quality referrals. I have a well-established online presence and a highly-engaged network. I have a high level of professionalism and will carry this through when representing the brand.
