I strive to motivate other women and moms by leading by example. I want to show them that despite life’s challenges you can still live a healthy and active lifestyle. I believe that you don’t need to be perfect to inspire others, but that you can inspire others by the way you deal with your imperfections. Just aim to be an improved version of you.
