What are your fitness goals?
I do Pilates 5 times a week, and strength training twice a week. I eat healthily according to my motive in life, which is balance and equilibrium.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
As an older woman it it is more challenging to look and feel fit, sexy and youthful, as compared to a 30 year old, but I’m always up for a good challenge. My two beautiful daughters motivated me to enter this competition. As a Pilates Instructor I believe that I can use this platform to motivate and uplift women to look good and feel better about themselves, especially women in their forties who lack the confidence to exercise, eat healthily and be proud of their bodies.
