What are your personal fitness goals?
I like to be toned and fit all year round. It keeps me motivated and increases my driving force. I continuously strive to increase my speed as a road runner and improve my definition with weight training. Stepping on a stage for physique competition is on my bucket list.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
As a mother, wife, business owner, sales executive and health radio influencer, I would like to show modern women that it is possible to be in good shape irrespective of our daily responsibilities. I believe my lifestyle habits are easy and sustainable and would love to share it with other women.
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?
Everything in moderation.
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I train 6 out of 7 days of the week. These sessions consist of 6 running sessions and 2-3 weight training sessions.

My lifestyle habits are easy, sustainable and healthy. The platform gives me a voice to motivate, share and teach other women to look good and be healthy and positive.
