Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
My fitness lifestyle started off by doing home workouts for three years, and doing so without being assisted by anyone. I would do my own research, and failed a couple of times but I never gave up. I always came back with the right mindset, willing to do better than before. I lost 26kgs before, now I’m building defined muscles, and yeah I finally joined the gym last January. It’s awesome and exciting yet still challenging as I do not get used to it, I always push myself outside of the comfort zone.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
Besides that I’m beautiful, pretty, hot and attractive (coughs). I’m intelligent, smart, sophisticated and very funny, yet that’s just that. I grew up being shy, with low self confidence, it took me like almost two decades of my life to believe in myself. Being the face of Fitness will mean so much after I tried so hard to develop myself to be the woman I am today at 34yrs nothing is impossible!
