What are your personal fitness goals?
To continue taking care of the one body I have by living a healthy and active life. When all lockdown regulations lift, I will start training again to get on stage and compete in my first Fitness Bikini competition. This is #2 on my bucket list after celebrating New Years Eve in New York.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
Before we become women, we are girls and not every girl has the same opportunities to lead their best life. I would use this opportunity to educate women in the health and fitness industry about how they can use their healthy active lives to contribute to encouraging your girls in our communities to take care of themselves, give them knowledge about career opportunities that exist within the sector, and how they don’t need to believe they are limited by their circumstances. I would also bring to life Biogen’s brand position of #BEYOURBEST by aligning with NGOs that support sports development for girls.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I train 6 times a week, and have started doing CrossFit 2 times a week as well. I have a personal trainer (Sarah Lotter from Dynamite Training) who has created training and eating programs that are easy to follow and support my busy corporate schedule. I train at 5am as it sets the tone for my day. I usually rest on Sundays and prep meals for the week.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I believe a lot of women would relate to me. They are balancing personal life and demanding careers and don’t wish to compromise how they look.
