Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
Keep pushing myself in the gym, to be able to squat double my weight (110kg).
Be more consistent with my pole dancing, as I’d like to expand my talent.
In the future, I look forward to being a yoga and pole instructor using weight lifting and toning as a method of gaining strength.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
Life is short, and in order to live a fulfilling life, one needs to explore all possible talents. Attending the gym allows for greater physical and mental enhancement. Although, for me, it is not just about lifting weights or running for hours on the treadmill. It’s about açhieving a fit mind through yoga for daily tasks. A strong core in order to pole dance. Gaining strength and mobility in order to roller-skate around Seapoint promenade.
I find joy in being active and pushing myself to be the best being I can possibly be and it all starts with focusing on being fit, eating healthy and shifting my outlook on life.
I should be the Face of Fitness because I’d like to encourage others that it’s never too late to start a new hobby. Leading a fit lifestyle through physical activity is one of the best things you can do for yourself to live a happy healthy life.
