I am ambitious and driven. I thrive on challenges and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive towards. I’m not comfortable with settling. I am a personal trainer and I just started a lingerie line. I love motivating other women who want to look and feel good, while reminding them that they need to work hard for it. Both my brands allow me to do that. My ultimate goal is to open up a female gym. I want to encourage women who are too embarrassed, shy or uncomfortable to train in a normal gym to use my gym to train comfortably and leave the gym feeling amazing.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
I’ve been training since the age of 17 and I’ve been a trainer for a year, so the gym is basically my second home. Aside from that, I’ve been consistent for so long that skipping gym does not feel normal. It actually feels like something is missing if I don’t train. If I don’t train for a while, for whatever reason such as lockdown, I feel the negative impact it has on my body: I don’t sleep as well, I don’t have much of an appetite, and my mental stamina is weaker. So training is and will always be important to me.
What are your personal fitness goals?
I want to become stronger, I love pushing myself and looking back and comparing how I used to train to how I train now. I’d like to improve my athletic skills. I would like to tone up more and reach my goal weight, which is 60kg. And I’d like to become healthier, not just my body but my mind as well.
