What are your personal fitness goals?
I’m 55kg and I would like to reach 60kg. I plan to consume more healthy nutrients, and hope to inspire my family and other people to do the same. Eating healthy is important.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I believe that to inspire others, you have to be your true authentic self. People love that. I will use the title to celebrate each and every one of their bodies, big or small. I will teach them that they have to love themselves and also educate them about living a healthy lifestyle. One doesn’t need to get in the gym to be healthy, you just have to change your lifestyle.
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I played sports throughout school. I started going to a training center in 2015 and I’ve never stopped. I train 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday. On weekends I like to take walks. I work on legs, abs and glutes on those days. In terms of eating, I’m very selective, but I still have a sweet tooth.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I’m my true authentic self. Fitness is my life and I’d love to change people through it. This platform will give me an opportunity to change my life and that of others.
