How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Fitness is my life. As a shift worker, I still make time to train 5-6 times a week. To make sure I don’t fall behind, I prep my meals well in advance. This helps with making sure I don’t make bad choices. Basically, I keep a schedule so that I limit spending my time on things that don’t align with reaching my goals. I also offer advice and assistance to people who are still new to fitness and are looking to transform their bodies.
What are your personal fitness goals?
To be one of the best wellness fitness athletes in SA and ultimately stand on the Olympia stage. My overall fitness goal is to be the fittest and healthiest version of myself and perform at my best without developing any food disorders or body dysmorphia issues. I would then like to be able to help other people who want to change their lives and live a healthy and fit lifestyle in a sustainable way.
