What are your personal fitness goals?
To be active, fit and strong and beyond till my dying day
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I will be the brand extension in presently disadvantaged communities.
I will also promote Biogen in the after school programme conducted in various high schools and primary school.
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?
Time is nobody’s fool. It waits for no one and any action is better than none.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I eat, sleep, breath, live and dream fitness.
My day revolves around my fitness regime, which entails- gym sessions such as aerobics, shape class, indoor spinning, tennis as well as long distance running. Hiking and mountain biking serves as my additional extra mural activities.
These above mentioned activities include amongst others, my kids participate too in them which forms part of spending time together.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I believe that Biogen needs a present, face and footprint in the sporting community. My multi-cultural participation in sports and fitness industry would give Biogen extra mileage.
