What are your personal fitness goals?
To improve my nutrition, improve and master mobility and flexibility and build more lean muscle.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I am always eager to help people become healthier, hence, I became a fitness instructor. I love being of service and I entered to evolve and progress in my passion for health and fitness. Should I win, I will use this chance to learn and spread the word about Biogen nutrition and its benefits, encourage a healthy fit lifestyle, and promote body positivity to diverse women. By engaging my connections, both offline and on different social media platforms, I will, in turn, increase a responsible awareness of healthy eating, nutrition, and physical activity. Providing information that focuses on education to support fitness goals and exercise adherence, and using inclusive language that supports a positive self-image and the unique identity of the individuals.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
The rule for your best, healthiest life is the same – get fit, and make it a lifestyle; not a mere destination. With my fitness goals in mind, I created daily routines and menu changes that are easier to follow than to not. I work out for an hour 4 days a week, from walking/jumping rope to yoga and weightlifting, my routine contains a range of activities that build endurance, flexibility, and strength.
I am more aware of the nutrition my body needs and have made changes in what I buy and how I prepare it. Beyond that, I am a person who enjoys and encourages an active lifestyle, with most of my recreational activities including hiking, dancing, and playing football and my hobbies including gardening and healthy cooking.
Setting myself a goal is important, I make the journey there more interesting by setting myself a number of smaller goals or challenges along the way. It is important to challenge yourself at every training session in an effort to constantly improve your performance.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I believe the ambassador should be confident, dynamic, energetic and most of all, passionate about fitness and people, and that is exactly how I would describe myself. Not only has my passion for fitness led me to building my knowledge and experience through attending workshops and completing fitness training modules, but my need to communicate effectively with diverse people inspired me to complete a higher certificate in counseling and communication skills. Between finding healthy ingredient alternatives for popular dishes, to creating personal workouts based on the resources a person has available, I have become the face of fitness in my family and group of friends and am now ready to make a bigger impact.
It is a combination of these skills and my love to actually do the work that sets me apart from the rest. I enjoy aiding others to a healthy lifestyle, it is part of my personal mission to inspire women of all ages and backgrounds to begin their health and fitness journey. Exercising, eating healthy, and taking care of my mental health has always been a priority to me, but nothing has been as satisfying as helping the people around me improve their fitness lifestyle.
