What are your fitness goals?

I’ve been a competitive fitness athlete for 6 years now, and this will be the first year that I qualified for the SA Champs. I feel like this is a major achievement for me, so I am very excited to see what the next fitness goal will be after this experience.

Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?

In 2015 I won my first ever show. This year I placed 5th in the H&H Classic, 5th in Provincials.

Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?

I truly believe that I can become a positive, influential and motivational person in the fitness industry. I would like to motivate and encourage other young women to become a part of this amazing culture.
