How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
As a trainer, I wake up and do justice to my personal health goals reading, meditation, exercise and healthy meals. I then go about the rest of my day helping people achieve their personal fitness goals
What are your personal fitness goals?
My personal fitness goals include living a clean lifestyle and being in alignment so my mind, body and soul are one. Regular healthy meals and consistent training, habitual meditation and adequate rest make up my days.
