What are your personal fitness goals?
I have two complete opposite goals. My short term goal is to start competing as a Crossfit athlete and my long term goal is to become an IFBB Bikini pro.
I have a very competitive nature, more towards myself than others and that is the main reason for these goals. I want to be the best version of myself and show my two daughters that you can achieve any goal that you set for yourself.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
If I win the Biogen Face of Fitness ambassadorship, this will be an opportunity to be an inspiration and example to many more women out there.
Being a mom of two under twos with the youngest being 3.5 months old and working online with 80+ women helping them to live a healthier lifestyle, I believe that my lifestyle and work ethic is already an inspiration to others.
I will use this ambassadorship to show women that a healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean restriction and overtraining and it can be a very enjoyable and rewarding journey. Physical health improves mental health and your overall well being which is a topic that I believe needs to be addressed more publicly and what better way to do so than with a Biogen Face of Fitness ambassadorship.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I am very consistent regarding my lifestyle. I don’t believe in on and off seasons even though I am a bikini competitor. I strive to be healthy and fit all year round. After a bad start in the fitness industry 6 years ago, having a very unhealthy relationship with regards to my diet and training by overtraining and under-eating, I’ve had a bad setback where my body just couldn’t take it anymore and that’s when I made a mindset shift and lifestyle change. I’ve started using a more flexible approach regarding my diet without any restrictions. I’ve taught myself to eat everything in moderation. So now, I would manage my daily calories, have protein with all my meals, carbs with two meals a day and veggies at least once a day. I take a mass builder shake post-workout because I am currently trying to pick up a kg or two. I also include one snack per day which varies from a packet of jelly tots occasionally to fruits or nuts. It is all about having a healthy balance giving my body and soul what it needs.
As for my training, I’ve been doing weight training for 6 years but recently started with Crossfit which I absolutely love! I would train at least 3 days a week but usually manages to do about 4 to 5, 35min sessions a week. I taught myself that it is not necessary to spend 2 hours a day 6 days a week in the gym to see results. This forms part of my healthy and balanced lifestyle 🙂
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I am a spontaneous, goal driven, hard working people’s person who is always true to myself and that is why I believe I have the characteristics to be the Biogen Face of Fitness.
