I absolutely love a good challenge and pushing myself. I set goals and enjoy the process behind achieving them. My fitness journey has taught me that you are your own limitation. This change in mindset has encouraged me to stop doubting myself and become my biggest supporter and motivator. I love poetry and painting, and love being outdoors in nature. My favourite things to paint and admire are trees. We can learn so much from the way trees grow and adapt during different seasons. We go through trying and challenging times, but should remind ourselves that, just like trees, there is beauty no matter the season.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Fitness is my life! From training clients at 5 am to late night rehearsals, my life is all about moving the body and living a well-balanced, healthy lifestyle. I’m happiest when I’m fulfilling my passion by moving my body and helping others enjoy movement too. Fitness to me is not only about the physical movements but also about how you fuel your body. This is why it is important for me to eat foods that satisfy me but also keep me strong and happy. Prepping easy, nutritious and delicious meals is also part of my fitness lifestyle.
What are your personal fitness goals?
My most important fitness goal at the moment is to be consistent. I am so happy with where I am in my fitness journey, I’m feeling stronger, healthier and happier every day and I am so proud of myself. The most important thing now is to keep the momentum going and to continue growing my love and passion for fitness. My second goal is to complete my studies in Pilates and nutrition. Lastly, I’d love to share my love and passion for dance, stretching and fitness with as many people as possible and create awareness about how important stretching is in your fitness journey.
