I am an ambitious person with a clear vision of the life I would like to live. Happiness is at the forefront of the lifestyle I choose to live as I believe the world to be exactly what you make it to be. My ambition is led by my energy as I strive to utilise my personality to better the lives of others in any way possible. I believe in transparency within my life by sharing my experiences with others so that I may help as well as learn. I believe in authenticity because without honesty and acceptance, there is no platform for growth. I firmly believe that our lives are guided by the choices we make and if I am able to implement kindness, patience and life experience into my decisions, I will guide my life in the intended direction as well as help others to do the same.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Fitness is and always has been at the forefront of all of my decisions, whether it was my passion for dancing or using fitness to benefit my health. My understanding and love for fitness may be a result of my upbringing as my mother has spent her life guiding me on the benefits of nutrition and fitness. She has also helped me develop a healthy mentality surrounding fitness, which allows me to understand that everyone has a different journey regarding fitness. I have got to a point in my life where movement and energy makes me happiest and offers me the opportunity to try to inspire others to do the same. My love for dance and fitness has led me to become a Les Mills instructor, which allows me to share my love in a fun and educational manner. All things in life take time and my journey in fitness is no different as I build and grow my life and business centred around a healthy lifestyle. I intend to continue to learn and grow so that I may be a coach that has a positive impact on my clients’ lives by providing them with the knowledge they need to fully understand their bodies. My drive and energy is rooted within my personal health, so I believe that to create a lifestyle that revolves around fitness, it is important to start from the beginning.
What are your personal fitness goals?
In terms of personal fitness, my goals are not benchmarks set out to achieve within certain time frames. My fitness goal is lifelong. I believe in devoting all of my time to leading a healthy, happy and well balanced lifestyle so that I may set an example for those around me. My goal is to show people how much happiness living a healthy balanced life will bring to them.
