What are your personal fitness goals?
To be a fitness ambassador and to contribute to bringing change in the fitness industry by travelling the world educating and introducing our women and children to the fitness world.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
It will be my duty to first bring change within my society by teaching our women and youth about the importance of women empowerment, and to also teach about how exercise and a healthy diet work together to achieve the body they wish for. I will also work together with Biogen and Fitness magazine to run fitness challenges, competitions and workshops in various communities.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
Every morning I start off my day with a fruit smoothie and Biogen protein shake. Every Monday is #MeatfreeMonday. I have between 4-6 meals a day. I exercise 6 times a week for 90 minutes and rest on Sundays.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I am dedicated to what I do. I have always wanted to encourage young women to believe in their dreams and we should help one another to overcome our fears and recognise our existence.
