What are your fitness goals?
- My fitness goals are building muscle, strength and overall physique to achieve a well-balanced and symmetrical lean body.
- Currently I’m focusing more on my upper body to match my lower body.
- I aspire to be a fitness model and looking forward to entering more competitions but with a better and improved version of myself.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
I’m a certified Personal trainer. In the past I participated in 2 natural bodybuilding competitions in the divisions of Fitness Bikini and Beach Bikini where I placed 2nd in one and 3rd in the other
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I’ve always been a very active person and before finding my path to fitness and bodybuilding I did athletics where I ran track. Fitness has transitioned from being a hobby to being a lifestyle. I’m more than passionate about fitness and I talk fitness without even realizing. As much as I work towards my goals I like to see people achieving their fitness goals and staying healthy by encouraging and motivating them. Fitness is not a fully exposed side of life here in Africa, especially on the female side and I want to play my part in aiding women to see how much fitness and bodybuilding can impact their lives for the greater good. “You look good, you feel good”. This brings about self-confidence and what better way to exercise or show all of this than by representing A Global Leader In Sports Nutrition & well known promising brand called USN.
