Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
I want to be someone that women from all walks of life can relate to. My biggest goal is to inspire and empower as many women as possible through the lifestyle that I lead, and encourage them to be the best, healthiest version of themselves. My personal fitness goals are to compete in the WBFF next year, with the main goal of earning my Pro status to ultimately step on the WBFF Worlds stage in August 2019. I want to gain experience and acquire enough knowledge in the fitness industry to help other women chase their dreams and achieve their fitness goals.
What fitness achievements should we know about?
I competed in my first fitness show, the Fitness Runway Model South Africa in August 2018 and placed 2nd in the Bikini division, and 6th in the Fitness Bikini division.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I live and breathe health and fitness. It is a part of my daily routine. Through my lifestyle I believe that I will lead by example and show people that living a healthy, balanced life is the greatest gift you can ever give yourself. Being the USN Face of Fitness will give me the opportunity and platform to reach out to and connect with more people. I’m a hard-working and goal-driven person and I strive to be the best version of myself every day. I choose progress over perfection and, in that way, I’m able to create a sustainable, balanced and happy life, and I would love to help others to do the same.
