I have always admired a well toned female physique. For this reason, I aspire to be as fit as I can be. I enjoy exercise, seeing myself get stronger over the years, understanding nutrition and watching my body change as it responds to whatever stimulus. I believe in self-mastery and have committed to the journey of mastering my body, my mind and growing spiritually. I am a mother of 2 and a devoted wife to my husband. As an entrepreneur, I spend most of my time growing my various businesses.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Fitness makes me feel so good. It is a coping mechanism, it is a time to shut off and spend time with my body. It is a time to listen to loud music and dance, to be a part of a group as we push each other in group classes. Fitness is a big source of my happiness and wellbeing.
