What are your personal fitness goals?

My fitness goals are to continue to evolve into a stronger, healthier version of myself through consistent training and making mindful decisions regarding my nutrition.

How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?

I would inform and inspire women of all backgrounds, shapes and sizes. I want them to understand that women are capable of being both beautiful and strong with a defined physique that’s still capable of nurturing the next generation by setting a strong, positive example.

What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?

Self-discipline will get you farther than motivation ever will.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

Fitness has become a big part of my life as it helps me de-stress. Fitness has taught me persistence, hard work and patience. I exercise 3-5 times a week before or after my working hours. My workouts include mostly weight training, but I also participate in spinning and running. Every other weekend I go hiking with friends or attend fitness events around Johannesburg.

I am passionate about fitness and women’s health. I know I have what it takes to inform and inspire ladies who are misinformed about fitness and nutrition and help them achieve the result they want. I represent everything that the brand stands for, which is being your best and getting the results of what you put in. My blood has always been red!
