What are your fitness goals?
love adventure and extreme sport. My current fitness goals include preparing to compete in IronmanSA. This means I have to undergo intense fitness preparation for swimming, cycling and running in 1 event. I have wanted to do this since learning about the competition. Now I’m ready to get to work.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
- I am the co-winner of the first season of The Longest Date reality tv show which aired on SABC3 this year from February- May.
- I’ve ran the Legends marathon in 7hours 56 minutes (68km).
- I placed 3rd position in the IFBB competition women’s physique.
- I ran my own bootcamps for 2 years in East London and helped women lose weight and tone their bodies.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I’m the USN Face of Fitness because of my passion for fitness & health. My personal brand not only promotes fitness and health, but also aims to influence and bring change in the lives of people – young or old, wealthy or poor within communities at large. Lastly, I am obsessed with methods that bring results without harming people, and this is inline with the USN brand, which makes us a match made in heaven.
