What are your fitness goals?
I started jogging to lose weight and de-stress from matric my exams, and haven’t stopped! I love the benefits and It has turned into my passion. I now want to be a personal trainer and compete on stage. i want to get a coach who will help me reach and crush my limits. When I finally become a personal trainer, i want my clients to look at me and be motivated. In the near future I want to compete in the PCA in the Beach Bikini division. As I gain more confidence, I would like to qualify for the IFBB Arnold Classic Africa. My biggest goal is to live my life doing something that captivates me and inspires everyone around to achieve more.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
Exercise has delivered many benefits for me, and I plan to continue with this lifestyle as I get older. Through fitness I have found better ways to deal with stress, fatigue and exhaustion. Young people in my community and the people i engage with know so little about being healthy and fit. They need to learn that it doesn’t only help you physically, but emotionally and mentally, too. I believe it is more effective to learn these things from to someone your own age, and I would like to be their teacher and guide. I want to help them bypass the mistakes and get straight to the point. I will have their attention because I am energetic, enthusiastic and willing to pass on everything I know. I will continue to inspire and motivate everyone I can.
