What are your fitness goals?
To maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle. I want to build a more toned physique with lean muscles, and also focus on strength and endurance.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I am dedicated and committed to living a healthy lifestyle. I work hard towards obtaining a toned, firm physique, and gaining more lean muscle and building strength. This, however, is not all there is to fitness. Fitness has taught me to push myself beyond my limits and to develop a disciplined and tough mental attitude. As a result, I reach my full potential while doing what I love! Moreover, my body is the instrument through which I execute my life’s purpose. As such, I intentionally take good care of it. I want to motivate others to pursue and maintain a fitness lifestyle by enjoying and appreciating the journey. I have already motivated close friends and family to lead healthy lifestyles by helping them train and giving them good advice. Fitness is now second nature to me, and as the USN Face of Fitness, I would be an authentic embodiment of it.
