How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Health and fitness are part of my everyday routine – it’s like brushing my teeth. I make sure I workout 5 times a week and I have 2 active rest days. I have been working from home for the past year and now I am also able to workout twice a day.
What are your personal fitness goals?
My personal fitness goals are to one-day host park runs in the neighbourhood and coach and guide new and upcoming runners. My ultimate goal is to participate in an international marathon.
