What are your personal fitness goals?
I want to reach my full potential in terms of my body goals and be healthy. I want to obtain a degree in health and fitness, personal training and nutrition
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I will use this opportunity to inspire and motivate other women through my own weight-loss story and journey. I have firsthand experience of the challenges and ups and downs of starting a healthy lifestyle journey. I went from 89kg to 64kg.
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?
Work hard, be disciplined and be consistent.
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I work out 5 days a week. Before lockdown I was lifting weights and now I do bodyweight workouts at home. My routine includes strength training 3 times a week and HIIT 2 times a week. I change my routine every 4 to 6 weeks. Once a month I run 5km. My eating plan is based on low carbs, veggies, fruit and protein with one cheat meal every Sunday.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
Entering this competition has been my goal for the past 3 years. I love meeting and helping people and I would love nothing more than to help people achieve their healthy lifestyle goals. Health and fitness is my passion and I have some knowledge of nutritional supplements.
