What are your personal fitness goals?
My Personal Fitness Goal is to Commit to movement, mentally and physically.
I aspire to get stronger in my mental approach to sustainable nutrition and supplementation by intentionally and consciously making sustainable healthy and informed choices.
I want to feel and look stronger physically by incorporating workouts that will challenge my strength, endurance and flexibility.
I want to be mindful about recovery /rest days and always listen to my mind and body.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
The core to my fitness values is sustainability and consistency, I would like to inspire and encourage women to be intentional about moving daily and making healthy nutritional choices which are sustainable.
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
My fitness lifestyle on a daily basis starts with being intentional about my thoughts, nutrition and movement.
I plan my Gym / Home workout periodically on paper. I workout 4 days a week and I incorporate dynamic workouts (Plyometric, Strength, HIIT and Cardio).
I am conscious about fuelling my body with wholesome nutritional food and supplements and the only “cutting” of food ( carbs lol) is with a knife lol.
Recovery days are crucial to me as I call them the reset days and I am mindful of investing time for that.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
Health, wellness and fitness is not not only my lifestyle but my passion too. I aspire to evolve personally in my journey while I inspire and encourage women and men to make fitness fun, challenging and consistent. To make sustainable healthy choices and to turn our goals into a lifestyle!
I am relatable, I am passionate and my purpose, I believe, is to build and inspire a community that chooses movement and good health.
