What are your personal fitness goals?
My goal is to maintain a low body fat % and a lean muscle mass. As well as to ensure that I maintain good cardiovascular health, a strong immune system and functionality.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
If I win I will work towards ensuring that the health and fitness space is relatable to women from all walks of life regardless of limiting factors. I will share my experiences as I was once a beginner as well as the knowledge I have gained from my personal experience and through my studies. I want to inspire women and help them to strive towards attaining their health and fitness goals. I will show women that as long as you have the right knowledge and a strong will, ANYONE is able to lead a sustainable and enjoyable health and fitness lifestyle according to what works best for them individually.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
My fitness lifestyle is a balance between maintaining my physique and being mindful of what I put into my body. I workout at least 5/6 times a week ensuring that I have at least one rest day ( or more if necessary) for recovery and rejuvenation. My workouts consist of strength and resistance training and they are structured according to upper and lower body splits. I also include Full Body and HITT sessions every so often and I add a cardio session to my daily workout at least twice a week.
In terms of my eating, I follow a healthy balanced diet including ALL macros, getting an adequate intake of proteins, carbs and fats. I ensure that the large majority of the carbs and fats I consume are healthy, nutrient dense and minimally processed.
Balance has been an extremely important aspect of driving my fitness lifestyle and I listen to my body. When it needs rest I give it rest and when I feel the need to satisfy my cravings ( usually for chocolate and pizza) as I tend to have a sweet tooth, I do so with no guilt involved. This mindset and approach towards my health and fitness journey has allowed me to make it sustainable and enjoyable and has enabled me to develop a healthy and loving relationship with my body.

I am committed to a holistic health and fitness lifestyle which aligns with the values of Biogen. Therefore, I am confident in my ability to represent the brand in an authentic, consistent and positive manner whilst inspiring, educating and guiding ALL women on their path towards achieving their unique and personal fitness goals. My fitness lifestyle is well balanced and I do not believe in extremes, therefore I believe I will be able to influence women towards developing healthy and consistent relationships with their minds and bodies, and help them develop habits that are manageable In the long term.
