To achieve IFBB Pro status in the Body Fitness division and compete at the Olympia before I turn 40.

I would encourage women to become the best version of themselves by highlighting not only the physical benefits of fitness, but also the mental and emotional benefits it has to offer.
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?
If you don’t make sacrifices for what you want, what you want will become the sacrifice.
Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I follow a healthy balanced diet that includes Biogen supplements, which has been formulated by my coach and registered dietician Owen Dunderdale. I train 6 days a week and usually take an active rest day on a Sunday. I do weight training as well as cardio. I have recently discovered powerlifting, which has now become part of my fitness lifestyle. The more challenging the workout, the better.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I have the ability to motivate, uplift and inspire people. Becoming the Biogen Face of Fitness would give me the platform to reach out to women of all shapes, sizes and styles and encourage them to become the best version of themselves.
