Tell us more about yourself
What are your personal fitness goals?
I’ve recently started a personal training and nutrition business for a more personal hands-on approach to my fitness journey. I would like to guide others to live a holistically healthy and fulfilling life and empower them to take control of their own change, while enabling them to pay it forward and become guides themselves. The fitness industry helped me look outside myself. It opened my heart and my arms to a world in need beyond myself, and awoke within me a great desire to aid and heal those in need.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I see women talking down to themselves; hating themselves. I see them forgetting their worth and settling for less. I see women walk in shame because of how they look. I want to help women let go of this false sense of self and their self-deprecating thoughts. I want to help them see their worth and take charge of their lives.
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I exercise at least 4 times a week. My favourite exercises are HIIT and weight training. I follow a clean, healthy diet, which consists of 3 meals and two Biogen ISO whey protein shakes a day. I incorporate a cheat meal every now and again. I also take added vitamins and minerals to supplement what I do not get in through my diet. I drink plenty of water daily to stay well hydrated.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I’ve gained a lot of experience, not only in the fitness industry, but in life. I understand loss, pain and how life can sometimes blindside us and how this can affect our overall health. I’ve been able to overcome my obstacles and I would love to help other women be victorious in their own.
