What are your fitness goals?
I want to make a name for myself in the fitness industry. I want to inspire people who don’t think they can juggle a fitness lifestyle when being a full time student by showing them that anything is possible with organisation and a strong mind. For me fitness is not just a way of life but is my passion and a sport I take pride in.
I am a bikini competitor coached by coachedbyTZ. I am currently prepping for SA champs, so my current objective is a placing and hopefully to bring an even better condition to the stage than I did at provincials. However my overall goal is so much bigger then champs, I want to reach people across the country ad inspire them to push themselves to become the best versions they can be while living a balanced lifestyle.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
- IFBB 5th in summersuperbodies 2017
- IFBB 3rd in provincials 2019
- IFBB place in the Central Gauteng team 2019
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I believe with my bubbly personality and experience of public speaking that I would be a perfect ambassador as I have developed the perfect people skills to reach people and carry the brand with pride. I am constantly working towards my own fitness goals with one comp after the other and thus believe I can inspire not only through words but through example.
I am also a student, providing USN with a platform to appeal to the younger generation. USN is the only product I use not only because of the name but because I haven’t found a whey protein or a bcaa that satisfies my taste buds like USN does. Although I am not yet an ambassador I still recommend USN to everyone who has asked my opinion. My love for USN is what drives my ambition to become the USN Face of Fitness.
