What are your fitness goals?
I want to unleash the superhero within me. Although fictional, Wonder Woman is one of my biggest inspirations. My mission is to break the gym stereotype of women having to be a helpless damsel in distress, or a cardio bunny. I strive to inspire girls by showing them that no goal is too daunting to attempt. I want to help women achieve and believe they can become anything they set their minds to. I also want to become a sponsored Figure athlete. My dream is to compete on stage at the WBFF Worlds. I also want to complete a nutrition course to sharpen up my knowledge.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I bought my first Fitness magazine back in grade 10 and ultimately fell in love with the concept of being fit and healthy. The main reason why I want to be a sponsored USN athlete is because of Bella Falconi. I saw her and her six-pack in all its glory in a USN ad. From that day forward it has been a dream of mine to represent USN and to grace the cover of Fitness magazine. I believe in the quality of USN and have I passion in my heart that keeps on burning brighter every day. I may not be the prettiest or leanest, but I am dedicated to accomplishing my goals, no matter what. It is a huge privilege to help women find confidence in their bodies and to assist them in becoming the best version of themselves. I believe I represent the USN Face of Fitness, because I am authentic, hard-working and a superhero in the making. What a great honour and responsibility it would be for me to empower women right across South Africa!
