I am currently in my 2nd year of studying a Bcom Accounting degree at the University of Johannesburg and I work part time as a teacher and tutor. I love helping people achieve their goals wherever I can give my input. I was a very sporty person from the age of 5 and was a rhythmic gymnast for 13 years. However, I gave it up because it was taking up too much time when I got to matric. I used to train 6 days a week for 4 hours each day. I still do modern dancing and I am qualifying as a teacher soon. My hobbies include anything that gets my mind off what’s happening every single day around us. I love reading a good book, playing board games, spending time with my loved ones, studying and watching a good Netflix series.

How does fitness fit into your lifestyle?
Although I always say there are never enough hours in the day, I make sure I go to the gym so I can just escape from reality, even if it is just 30 minutes on the treadmill.
What are your personal fitness goals?
My short-term goal is to maintain a healthy and slim body that I feel confident in. My long-term goal would be to one day compete on stage as a bikini athlete.
