What are your personal fitness goals?
To continue to live a healthy lifestyle and lead by example to build a fit and health-conscious community. I want to explore new workouts and health prevention strategies. I also want to become a word-class coach and a fitness and health icon who inspires others by sharing my journey and showing what’s possible when you remain determined, consistent and disciplined.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
It will enable me to inspire more individuals by sharing my fitness journey, challenges and opportunities along the way. I will use different channels and platforms to reach more people in promoting and communicating a healthy and fit lifestyle. I will use the opportunity to continue to advocate fitness, encourage making healthy choices and educate on body nourishment with essential nutrients.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I live by the principle of starting my day right, live it productive and end it right. My workout sessions during the week are a combination of either going for sunrise run or morning yoga, meditation, weight lifting, body strength and stretching exercises. I don’t skip meals and take healthy snacks with me that I prepared. I use natural-based supplements for my pre and post workout support, add include more veggies and fruits to my diet. When sometimes it gets dull, I get creative with my workouts and inspire others to stay active, fit and healthy.

My passion and ambition match Biogen’s vision, which is to encourage others to follow a healthy and fit lifestyle, which is something I really enjoy.
