What are your personal fitness goals?

I always remind myself of my  “why” every day. Why did I start this journey?

To live a happier and healthier lifestyle and to achieve my personal fitness goals as follows:

Eating Plan –  following a nutrition plan which I started a year ago, which assists me with muscle gain with regular eating choices.

Working-out – I exercise 3 to 4 times weekly and my workouts are about 1 hour 30 minutes. I set daily goals for myself that are easy to achieve like drinking 3 liters of water daily. I stretch more before my workouts and after. I try one or two new workouts every month. I always aim to perfect my body form when training. As part of my gym routine, I incorporate some Yoga in order to calm myself.

Schedule Adherence -I schedule my workouts on my calendar. I prefer to take the stairs instead of the lift. I aim for balance. I give myself a compliment and gratitude every day. I get 7-9 hours of sleep. I always challenge myself to move a little more every day.

I would motivate my social media friends and family to have a specific goal in mind always. Having a goal helps. I would also add some fun monthly challenges like a belly fat 21 days challenge, abs challenge, legs challenge, muscle gains challenge. I would be very active on my social media regarding my fitness journey sharing my strengths and challenges.

 

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle

My fitness journey started 2 years ago when I started working for Planet Fitness as a receptionist. I found myself consistently inside the gym training even after my knock off time. I worked for Planet Fitness for a year, then decided to pursue a Diploma in Personal Training last year. I will be finishing my studies next year 2021. This is because I’m very passionate about fitness and keeping my body healthy and living a healthy lifestyle. I find myself feeling more happier and relaxed after my workouts. With that being said fitness helps me focus and opens my body mind and soul and since then I never looked back.

Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?

I believe my health is my wealth. I would never let anything come between my health & fitness. It’s what I love, it’s what I’m passionate about. I live and breathe fitness everyday. I find it so much fun and relaxing. My peace of mind is in fitness and for me I can not live my life without taking care of my health. Helping people reach their fitness goals has been very interesting the last 2 years and seeing their transformation makes my life complete. I believe I’m the next Biogen face of fitness.
