Tell us more about yourself:
What are your fitness goals?
My Fitness goals are to maintain conditioning while getting stronger. I would also like to improve my core strength. I would love to work up to a 150 kg deadlift again (this is my favourite exercise ever!). I am looking at the possibility of getting back on a fitness stage next year, so I would need to look at what I need to improve on before I start prepping.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
I have competed in various Fitness/Bikini shows, and powerlifting competitions; however, my most significant achievement was winning 1st Runner up (2nd place) at the Arnold Classic Model Search this year.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
As I walked into a bookstore many years ago with my dad and noticed a fit beautiful woman on the cover of a magazine with muscles, my eyes twinkled. I wonder, what if… what if that could be me?
It has been my ultimate dream to be on the cover of a fitness magazine for as long as I can remember. The Face of Fitness is a fantastic opportunity for myself to get there as my passion for fitness has grown immensely. I am super involved in fitness and work in fitness education myself. PLUS I love working out and enjoy helping others achieve their goals. I don’t rely heavily on supplements on a daily occasion, but when the time calls for it, I do look to USN as their products are affordable and effective.
With over 14 years of experience within the fitness field and qualifications attained over that period, I would be placed at a massive advantage of sharing information that is sound and true. Another important goal is bringing back what the fitness industry: trustworthiness, real, honesty with a bit of spunk. I would love to be able to be given the platform to share my wisdom and experience to help inspire/empower others in achieving their goals sustainably and healthily. I want to make a difference and make a SHIFT in people’s attitude towards nutrition/training and the way they feel in their bodies. It is not just about having a beautiful shape; it is about feeling great in your skin!
