What are your fitness goals?
To be a well recognised fitness model, who is influential and gives support to people who are still struggling to achieve their goals. To make a difference in communities that are still unable to make a healthy lifestyle their priority. To make a success of fitness, and use the opportunities I get to share my knowledge in wellness, but to always be humble.
Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
This is something that i have dreamed about for years. A major ambition of mine is to appear on the cover of Fitness magazine, and I feel that this opportunity came just in time. I believe the USN Face of Fitness should interact well with people, and as a social worker and fitness instructor I have great people skills. I am able to fit in my training session in a hectic schedule as a social worker during the day, and still do classes in the afternoons, while also furthering my studies. I can multitask and I’m always trying to motivate my peers. However. i embrace it all because dealing with stressful issues during the day and being able to assist people with their fitness goals is my passion. I am great under pressure, I love to challenge myself and push my boundaries, and I’m always willing to learn while striving to inspire.
