What are your fitness goals?
I am currently studying sports science (part time) to become a personal trainer. My next goal will be to obtain a qualification in nutrition or dietetics to help my clients further their results. I am also a Fitness Bikini competitor and I would like to eventually qualify for the Olympia. I am competing in October to qualify for WFF Worlds. My goal is to inspire others to start their health and fitness journeys to grow their confidence and help them love their bodies. Having a positive body image and teaching people to love themselves is very important to me. To be a part of the fitness industry and make a difference in the lives of other women has always been my dream. I’m very committed, dedicated and passionate about my fitness journey, and I’m goal oriented so will do whatever it takes to achieve my goals.

Why do you think you’re the next USN Face of Fitness?
I have an extreme passion for health and fitness – it is my life. I live and breathe it. I love making other people feel healthy and happy with their bodies – it’s such an amazing and extremely rewarding experience to be part of. I also love to show people that fitness and health is fun! It isn’t as horrible as they may think. I use USN products daily and feel that I can truthfully vouch for the quality of the brand. I would love to be affiliated with USN to use the platform it creates to teach women that mental strength plays a huge role in their fitness journeys. I feel I was born to help other woman start and continue their health and fitness journeys, which is why I am the next USN Face of Fitness.
