Tell us more about yourself
What are your personal fitness goals?
My personal fitness goal is to always be fit, it sounds silly but I love training and running and moving, that my goal is just to keep going with it. Right now I’m running a lot and I would like to complete my first marathon in the next year. In the meantime I’m running and strength training plus doing HIIT.
I am studying nutrition, I know this plays a massive role in fitness and fuelling my training. I want to know more about how to fuel best with whole foods and correct supplementation.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
My hope in winning is to show people that even a mom of 2 can be fit and keep grinding day in and day out. I’d also like to show that the fitness industry is not only about extremes but to find your balance, create or maintain the body you want and feel happy in. That it can be done while juggling work, kids and a career. It’s a lifestyle not a quick fix
What health and fitness quote or mantra do you live by?
“Balance is key in living a happy healthy Lifestyle”

I train 13 days in a 2 week cycle. I run, I do HIIT sessions and Strength focused sessions.
When the gyms open again I will go back to boxing and kickboxing and have found a new love for Jiu Jitsu too which I was doing 2 days a week.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I think I am the Biogen Face of Fitness because I’m not only focused on 1 area of fitness but love to move between different sports and I do an array of them and find each one compliments the next. Fitness to me isn’t a chore it’s a love and a big part of me, I do many different sports because I love to move and love to see how my body adapts to different situations.
