What are your fitness goals?
My fitness goals are to be consistent in my approach, to be in it for the long run, through my workouts, a healthy nutrition plan and my lifestyle. I monitor my vital statistics and keep them in check. I continuously seek better ways to constantly lower my body fat percentage, get stronger, master skill, improve endurance & conditioning (tone & sculpt), athletic skill and joint flexibility.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I believe I am capable of being a great ambassador for the USN brand. I will always do the tasks that are expected of me to the best of my ability. Although I am very humble I am determined and through my fitness journey and experiences I can add value to other people’s life as well as the USN brand. I am focused on taking care of my body so that my body can reflect my health. I may not know everything but I am a fast and effective learner with great ambition and ready to take on the world!
