What are your personal fitness goals?
My personal fitness goal is to constantly look for new ways to challenge my body. I recently started to train for the 5150 Iron man, but due to the current pandemic, I was unable to participate in this year’s competition.
My goal is to also inspire people to keep seeking new and fun challenges; to push themselves beyond what they expected they were capable of.
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I am all about healthy living. I enjoy preparing meals that are healthy and delicious and I hope to educate others on affordable healthy meals that are quick and easy to make. Helping women to move away from “diet plans”, because at the end of the day it should not be a diet (short term); but rather be a lifestyle (long term).
I hope to help keep people motivated to exercise by providing them with workouts that they can do anywhere.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
I wake up before the sun rises everyday to workout, before I head to my 8am-5pm job.
On the weekends I enjoy going for a long run and occasionally cycling.
I enjoy having a diverse training regime, especially because I have been gyming at home: weight and body weight exercise, cardio, yoga/mobility exercises.
I enjoy designing meal plans to follow, as it makes it easy to pack food for the work day.
I enjoy making fitness videos as it is my passion and a fun hobby. I hope this will grow in order to reach more people and make an impact in their lives; by sharing my enthusiasm for fitness.
Why do you think you’re the Biogen Face of Fitness?
I like to think of myself as the everyday girl. I too have my off days where I don’t feel like training, but it is important that on those days we stay focused on our goals because fitness builds confidence and self-love, which I hope to use to empower many women.
I hope to encourage those everyday women, who don’t find the time to exercise or don’t have the budget for meals, to not be despondent and show them that there is always a way because at the end of the day self-care is important.
I want to show people that fitness can be fun and exhilarating.
