What are your personal fitness goals?
My current personal fitness goals are:
To run a 21km by mid September in under 2hours,
To do certain yoga poses
To maintain a summer body all year round
To get better ~(fitter & faster) on a bike
To enter an obstacle course race
To try an open water swim
Increase my strength for certain weight lifting movements
How will you use your #BiogenFaceOfFitness ambassadorship to inspire women to lead a healthy / fit lifestyle if you win?
I will use #Biogenfaceoffitness ambassadorship to inspire women all over by being real, being honest, being available to connect with on all platforms, sharing all my daily routines, motivating and guiding them and helping them take the first step. showing them that this health & fitness journey is achievable and how to start believing in themselves and that small changes make the biggest impact. I practise what a preach and I will install that onto them. You don’t have to be great to start but you have to start to be great. I will share all my knowledge & mistakes I have made on my own fitness journey, I would like to get more women together and start a great body positivity awareness and letting all women know we should fix each other’s crowns.

Tell us about your fitness lifestyle
My fitness lifestyle is based around Crossfit training, I train every morning at 5am and i’ll do my second session in the evening, I run three times a week ( short road run + sprint intervals + endurance road run) and I do gymnastics skills once a week and then glute & leg accessories to make sure all my muscles are firing and there is less chance for injuries.
I stretch three times a week so I can keep my mobility great. I always eat fresh / wholesome foods and make sure I don’t skip meals. I get all my vitamins & minerals from my Biogen supplements. I use lean aminos, Lean Whey & sweet potato every single day!
I train 7 days a week and I rest when my body says so 🙂 Or I will use a slow run as active recovery.

I think I am the BiogenFace of fitness as I strive to ”BE MY BEST” every single day in every aspect of my life I always give 110% and more to my clients, family and people around me.
