What are your fitness goals?
My fitness goal is to maintain my goal weight as I worked hard at reaching it after baby number two. I also want to continue to build lean muscle, and a six-pack would be nice to prove to myself that a mommy of two can get it even after a c-section birth.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
I give talks at Fitness events about how to keep healthy & stay fit. I hold outdoor workout sessions & help guide women through their fitness goals with my fitness program.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I think I could be the next USN Face of Fitness as I already live & love the brand. I preach about the fact that taking care of yourself means that everyone else depending on you also benefits from a stronger empowered you. My baby weight loss journey has called me to help other women to achieve the same. Besides the weight loss, the mere fact that if you focus on something, be persistent and consistent in it through the ups and downs of adult life is what I’m great full that others can take from me.
