What are your fitness goals?
To become strong and live healthy for myself and my children, adapt to the lifestyle permanently not seasonal. I love healthy eating and exercising and its been a journey I believe its forever not for a season.
Any sporting / fitness achievements we should know about?
Not at the moment but am looking at going back to athletics full time. When I was growing up I was a middle distance runner (cross country, track and field) where I made it as far as CGA.
Why do you think you’re the USN Face of Fitness?
I will represent the brand perfectly because I practice what I preach, I love working out, eating healthy and taking care of myself. I will inspire more women to love and take care of themselves regardless of their age or the number of kids that they have. Health and wellness to me are not just one of those things but it is the main thing.
